This image came to me while meditating. I asked for encouragement and spirit kindly embraced me and lovingly cleansed me. Spirit reminded me to have patience and observe the process, which is total unconditional love and acceptance of oneself. The concept of spiraling and how putting one foot in front of the other can create a momentum, so as not to fall back so easily. Remember the negative traits you think you hold, are not yours and aren’t real, they are thoughts and patterns that are only true when you believe them and give them energy.
May this piece also encourage to have hope and feel a strong momentum to move on to achieve your hopes and dreams, or simply for peace and happiness!!
